The old Massachusetts license with the blue bar across the top is set to expire in July 2010. By the end of June 2010 there should be no more valid Licenses or IDs looking like the one below on the left anymore. Since Late 2004 and early 2005, the Massachusetts Registries have issued the new current License format shown below on the right.
