has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. He has over 15 years experience in Law Enforcement and private security. He has worked in both fields on many different levels of instruction, investigation, and supervision.
Frank has received numerous training's in Crisis Management, Crowd Control, and Tactical Deployment of Police Officers. Frank has trained with members of the F.B.I., L.A.P.D., Boston P.D., and other local agencies. He has been a member of a local tactical team for several years and currently holds the position of Squad Leader. Frank’s training in these areas is ongoing and has recently received additional training conducted by the Department of Homeland Security.
Frank is a member of the In-Take and Review board that makes recommendations of potential police officer candidates through a series of interviews and background investigations. He is a Certified Field Training Officer and is currently the coordinator for the New Police Officers Field Training program.
Frank has also received training in areas such as Drug Recognition, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Detection of Intoxicated Persons, Youth Violence, Street Crimes, and Preventing and Diffusing Aggressive Behavior.
