has Bachelors degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology and a Masters in Administration of Criminal Justice. He has over 15 years of experience as a supervisor in Law Enforcement, private security, and nightclub security. He has been trained as an instructor by the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council and the Department of Homeland Security. He has also received certification in crisis negotiation and site risk assessment. He is a certified instructor in Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.), Pressure Point Defensive Tactics, and Krav Maga Force Training Division. He has also received training in recognition of fraudulent documents from the ABCC and ICE.
Bill currently teaches Conflict Resolution, Crisis Management, Interview and Interrogation, and HAZMAT for the Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Council. He also teaches legal update for senior officer in-service training. In the past, Bill has taught Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), CPR, and First-aid.
